  • AES-256 encryption for all API keys at rest

  • IP whitelisting for exchange API access
  • Read-only API permissions (recommended)

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Enterprise clients may negotiate custom retention policies.

We connect to cryptocurrency exchanges (Bitunix, Bitget, BingX, OKX) using their official APIs. We do not share your personal information with other third parties except as required by law.
