1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Affiliate Tax Assistant ("AATA", "we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AATA provides automated affiliate commission tracking, trading record collection, and tax data organization for cryptocurrency exchange users. The Service connects to third-party exchange APIs using credentials provided by users.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. API Keys & Data Access

You grant AATA permission to access your exchange accounts using the API keys you provide. We recommend using read-only API keys. AATA is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from API keys with elevated permissions.

5. Data Collection & Storage

We collect and store affiliate commission data, trading records, and related financial information from your connected exchange accounts. All API keys are encrypted at rest. We retain your data according to your subscription plan terms.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) use the Service for money laundering or illegal activities; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; (c) share your account with unauthorized third parties; (d) use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data collected from third-party exchanges. AATA is not a tax advisor — consult a qualified professional for tax advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

AATA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
